These Terms & Conditions apply to all individuals who book a tour, visit our website, or interact with us via phone, email, or WhatsApp. By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, and that you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and all members of your travel party.

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment and issuance of a booking confirmation from Amit Tour & Travels.

• Seat availability is subject to change until the booking is confirmed in writing
• Passenger names must match government-issued ID exactly — errors may result in cancellation charges
• The lead traveller is responsible for ensuring all party members are aware of and agree to these terms
• Confirmation is typically sent via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of payment

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Advance deposit: typically 25–50% of the total tour cost at the time of booking
• Balance payment: due no later than 15 days before the departure date
• Last-minute bookings: full payment required at the time of booking
• We accept UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit card, and cash at our Vadodara office

Prices quoted at the time of booking are held for 48 hours. After that, they are subject to change based on availability and fuel/fuel surcharge fluctuations.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or WhatsApp message). The following charges apply based on the number of days before the departure date:

Less than 7 days	75% of total tour cost
No-show / day of departure	100% (no refund)

Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method. Non-refundable components (e.g. flights, permits) will not be refunded regardless of notice given.

We reserve the right to amend tour itineraries, timings, accommodation, or routing when circumstances beyond our control require it (e.g., road closures, weather, political unrest). We will notify travellers of significant changes at the earliest opportunity.

• Minor itinerary changes do not entitle the traveller to cancellation without charges
• If a major change significantly alters the tour (e.g., destination change), we will offer a suitable alternative or a full refund
• Traveller-initiated amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges

What is included in each tour package is clearly stated in the tour description. Unless explicitly mentioned, the following are generally excluded:

• Personal travel insurance
• Meals not specified in the itinerary
• Entry fees to monuments, parks, or attractions unless listed
• Tips, gratuities, and personal expenses
• Any costs arising from delays, missed connections, or natural calamities
• Optional excursions or activities

Travellers are advised to carefully review the inclusions listed on their specific tour page before booking.

By booking with us, each traveller agrees to:

• Carry valid government-issued photo ID for all domestic tours
• Arrive at the departure point at the specified time — buses will depart on schedule
• Behave respectfully towards fellow travellers, guides, and local communities
• Follow all instructions given by the tour leader or driver for safety purposes
• Disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation in the tour
• Not carry prohibited items including illegal substances or weapons

Amit Tour & Travels reserves the right to remove any traveller from a tour for disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behaviour without a refund.

Amit Tour & Travels acts as a tour organiser and coordinator. While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe and enjoyable journey, we cannot be held liable for:

• Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the tour
• Injury, illness, or death arising from participation in tour activities
• Delays caused by traffic, weather, strikes, or government actions
• Acts or omissions of third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, transport)

Our maximum liability in any event shall not exceed the total amount paid by the traveller for the specific tour booking.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, government restrictions, strikes, or infrastructure failures. In such events, we will make all reasonable efforts to offer alternative arrangements or a credit note. Refund policies under force majeure will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Travellers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal liability before departure. Amit Tour & Travels does not provide travel insurance.

• Travellers with pre-existing medical conditions should consult a physician before booking
• Some tours involving high-altitude destinations or strenuous activity may have fitness requirements
• We are not responsible for any medical costs incurred during a tour

All content on the Amit Tour & Travels website — including text, images, itineraries, logos, and graphics — is the property of Amit Tour & Travels and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat.

We encourage travellers to first attempt resolution through direct communication with our team before pursuing legal remedies.
